Sara Bromfield
Local Authority governor
Sara has been on the governing body since 2019 and, as a member of All Saints Church East Sheen, is a foundation governor. She worked for 14 years as an EYFS teacher at a local school where she occasionally collaborated with HT’s nursery. On retirement, she volunteered at our nursery for short while so was keen to apply when she saw an advertisement in her church newsletter for a governor with early years interest. Sara chairs the Teaching & Learning Committee and is also the Link Governor for EYFS and Forest Schools, enabling her to maintain her links with the youngest pupils and share her knowledge with staff. Sara looks back on her own primary school years with great fondness and is delighted to see our pupils as engaged and happy as she recalls being.
